This kind of pumps can be used to  Steam, Air, Hot water, Heat transfer Media, Fatty acids, almost all kind of chemicals, and many more. Normally condensate coming from various locations i.e. Steam traps, etc can be directly taken to the condensate lifting pump (PPPU) but to avoid FLASHING that may take place in the pump  & obstruct the performance of the pump, we recommend to usea FLASH VESSEL before the pump. The condensate which comes from the FLASH VESSELcomes to the RECEIVER TANK provided at the top of this Pump.This pump then discharges the CONDENSATE to the Boiler Feed water tank.Technical Comparision:LEVEL SENSOR BASED :Because of above there are high chances of failure due to dirt & scale deposition on the sensorsFREQUENT OVER-FLOWING :Due to error or malfunctioning of the level sensors, there are all chances of pump over-flowingREDUCTION IN CONDENSATE TEMPERATURE :Level Sensor based pumps have high pump capacity i.e. 50 litres per stroke.
